My Approach
As a Clinical Psychologist, I specialise in supporting people who are living with the impact of difficult or overwhelming life experiences — whether that's anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, or the effects of trauma and adversity.
My approach to therapy is gentle, flexible, and tailored to the people I work with. Whether you're coming on your own, as a couple, or as a family, I aim to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard and supported.
I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies to suit your unique needs, including:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - to help you notice and gently change unhelpful thought/behaviour patterns that may be affecting how you feel.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) - to support you to make space for difficult feelings and take steps towards the things that matter to you.
Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) - to encourage a more kind and balanced relationship with yourself, especially if you’re hard on yourself.
Systemic Therapy - to explore how relationships and patterns within families or couples may be affecting wellbeing.
Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) - A structured way to safely explore and make sense of painful or traumatic memories.

No matter the method, my focus is always to build a safe and supportive environment for my clients. Together, we’ll explore your goals, identify patterns, and find ways to move forward that feel meaningful and manageable.
With a commitment to continuous improvement, I stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of psychology and mental health to offer the best possible care to clients.
I am able to offer online sessions, as well as face-to-face appointments in Reigate, Esher, and the surrounding areas.
