I’m Dr Danielle Kerley, a Clinical Psychologist specialising in supporting people overcome the impact of difficult life experiences. I offer a safe and compassionate space to help you take steps towards living a more fulfilled life.
I offer attachment- and trauma-informed therapy for adults and teens (15+) who have experienced adversity and unsafe relationships and who might now struggle with anxiety, self-criticism, overwhelming emotions, or relationship difficulties. I also support parents whose own early life experiences or emotional wellbeing may be impacting their parenting.

Feeling low is a very common experience, and often an understandable reaction to difficult circumstances. If your mood is impacting your ability to live a fulfilled life, or stopping you from doing your usual activities, it might be worth considering therapy to help you get back on track. I will always tailor my support to suit your needs, using a variety of therapeutic approaches.

Traumatic experiences can leave a lasting impression. I focus on helping individuals navigate and heal from trauma, including those with PTSD, early life trauma and traumatic bereavement. I recognize that talking about painful experiences can be intimidating. My primary aim is to provide a safe therapeutic environment where you can open up at your own pace. I will adapt my approach in line with your goals and needs.

Parenting can be rewarding, but also hugely challenging! When we have our own difficult early life experiences, or our children are struggling with their emotional wellbeing, it can make things even harder. If you are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted or are struggling to know how best to support your child, then it could be helpful to seek support. I offer a non-judgemental space to truly understand your - and your child’s - needs.
