Minimalist living room with a large window, a potted plant, a gray armchair, a small black side table, a black floor lamp, a wooden desk, a beige chair, and framed artwork on the wall, illuminated by natural sunlight.

A place to be heard, valued and empowered.

Hello. I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Dr Danielle Kerley, a Clinical Psychologist supporting adults and teens (age 15+) to navigate emotionally significant life transitions.

Whether you’re facing the emotional complexity of a major life event - like wedding planning, becoming a parent, or moving into adulthood - or feeling stuck in emotional or relationship patterns, I work with you to understand what’s happening underneath the surface and offer a safe and compassionate space to help you take steps towards living a more fulfilled life.

My work is informed by an understanding of how early life experiences shape the way we relate to ourselves and others. If you notice anxiety, self-criticism, people-pleasing, overwhelm, or difficulty setting boundaries - particularly during times of change - we can work together to make sense of these patterns and find ways to move forwards.

I also support parents whose own early life experiences or emotional wellbeing may be impacting their parenting.

Feel free to browse this site to learn more about me, my therapeutic approach, and the services I offer. You’ll also find free links and resources that may resonate with you.

If you have any other questions, or would like to work with me, please get in touch here.

I also offer a free 15-minute discovery call. Please use the link below to book in!
