My fees are the following:
In-person therapy session (50 minutes) - £150
Online therapy session (50 minutes) - £130
Sessions usually take place weekly, but this can be flexible based on your preferences and availability.

Yes! I am currently registered with AXA and Aviva.
If your insurance is with a different provider, please do still get in touch. I may still be able to help you.

It’s really important that you make sure any therapist you work with is suitably qualified.
I am a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist, with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Surrey. You can read more about my experience and qualifications in my “About” page.

I offer in-person appointments in Reigate, Esher and the surrounding areas.
I also offer online appointments, which are available across the UK.

Please get in touch via my contact form here. I’ll then be in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss your requirements and book in an initial appointment, if you would like to.

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I’ll ask some questions to understand what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping for. There’s no pressure — it’s also a space for you to ask me anything

I aim to offer a flexible approach that suits your needs and preferences. Some people benefit from a short-term, focused approach, while others prefer ongoing support. We’ll review this together regularly to make sure the support feels most helpful to you.

Confidentiality is really important during therapy and the short answer is yes! There are, however, some exceptions to this, such as if you or someone else is in danger.
