About Me
From an early age, I was always curious about other people's thoughts, feelings and behaviour. I always wanted to know "why do people do what they do?".
It was natural, then, that I would pursue a degree in Psychology at the University of Surrey. During these studies, my passion for supporting individuals with their mental health and wellbeing grew, and after some years' experience, I was lucky enough to gain a place to train as a Clinical Psychologist at the same university, qualifying in 2020.
Throughout my career, I have worked across a variety of settings, including the NHS, social care and charitable sectors. I have spent the last few years working with families in children's social care settings, and I now work for an adoption charity alongside my private practice. I have experience in supporting individuals impacted by trauma and adversity, including childhood trauma, domestic abuse and traumatic bereavement. I am passionate about getting the right support to those who need it, and I am dedicated to providing a service where everyone can feel respected, valued and empowered.
Outside of work, I am an avid musical theatre fan, and I also enjoy going on countryside walks with my mischievous spaniel!
