Work with Couples and Families

Sometimes the impact of stress, trauma, or emotional difficulties can ripple through our closest relationships — affecting communication, trust, or connection.

While I’m not a qualified family therapist, I have foundation-level training in systemic therapy (AFT accredited) and am currently working toward an intermediate-level qualification. This means I can offer psychologically-informed support to couples and families who are looking to improve how they relate to one another, understand recurring patterns, or work through difficulties together.

The focus is not on assigning blame, but on exploring the roles, dynamics, and experiences that may be influencing your relationship. Sessions are guided by compassion, curiosity, and a shared goal of fostering more understanding and connection.

If I feel that your needs would be better met by a fully qualified family or couples therapist, I’ll always be honest and happy to help you find the right support.
