Resources
Here you’ll find a selection of trusted resources and recommendations to help you better understand mental health, trauma, and emotional wellbeing. Feel free to explore at your own pace. These are not a replacement for therapy, but they may offer support in the meantime.
You can also follow me on Instagram @drdaniellekerley to stay up-to-date with news from my practice, as well as insights & tips related to mental health and wellbeing.
P.S. I will continue to update these resources - please do check back in from time-to-time to see what else is available. You can also get in touch here if there’s something you’d like to see on my resources page!
